M:ZERO ("we", "our", or "us") collects information you provide directly:

  • Account Information: Email address, name, and profile photo from Google or Apple sign-in
  • Workout Data: Workouts you create, exercise preferences, and workout history
  • Usage Data: How you interact with the app to improve our service
  • Equipment Preferences: Kettlebell weights you have available

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and personalize the workout experience
  • Sync your data across devices
  • Improve workout recommendations using aggregated, anonymized data
  • Process subscription payments
  • Send important service updates (not marketing)

3. Data Sharing

We use the following third-party services:

  • Firebase (Google): Authentication and hosting
  • Supabase: Database storage
  • RevenueCat: Subscription management

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

  • Active accounts: Data retained indefinitely
  • Deleted accounts: Personal data deleted immediately; anonymized workout patterns may be retained for service improvement
  • Inactive accounts: Warning at 18 months, data archived at 24 months

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your data
  • Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data
  • Portability: Export your data in JSON format
  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate data

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to cache workout data for offline functionality. This data remains on your device and syncs to our servers when you're signed in.

7. Children's Privacy

M:ZERO is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via email.
