1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using M:ZERO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

M:ZERO is a workout application that helps users create and execute EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) workouts. The Service includes free and premium subscription tiers with varying features and capabilities.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
  • One account per person; accounts are non-transferable

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
  • Refunds are handled according to the respective app store's policies
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier includes the following limitations:

  • 8 AI workout generation credits per month
  • Up to 20 custom exercises
  • 6 months of workout history retention

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Abuse the AI generation system or circumvent usage limits
  • Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by M:ZERO. You retain ownership of workout data you create. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use anonymized, aggregated workout patterns to improve our AI recommendations.

8. Health Disclaimer

M:ZERO provides workout suggestions for informational purposes only. We are not medical professionals. You should consult a physician before starting any exercise program. You acknowledge that you exercise at your own risk, and M:ZERO is not responsible for any injuries that may occur.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any injury, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, M:ZERO disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction where the Service operates.
